The heads of local governments have separate real intentions. Fundamentals to create support for themselves. Through various foundations and business organizations, they cleverly distributed an astronomical amount of taxpayers' money. The money was a public asset and the future of the citizens. But now, the tricks they play can no longer be easily hidden. Artificial intelligence and big data analysis are revealing their ideologies without filtering. It was hard to know who used the money, when, and how, but not now. Times have changed.

The future leader must abandon the old ways of the past. Obsessed with short-term achievements no longer works. People are not as stupid as they used to be. They want change and are looking for leaders who are truly committed. The position of a leader is not a privilege. It is a position of service and responsibility. A leader should work for the future of the city and its citizens, not for his own benefit. A true leader is a man who sets the foundation for tomorrow, not just today's achievements.

We are waiting for a leader like that. The world has changed, and now citizens who want real change will choose a leader who will lead that change.

지자체장들의 진짜 의도는 따로 있다. 자신을 둘러싼 지지 세력을 만들어 내기 위한 밑작업. 각종 재단과 사업단체를 통해 그들은 천문학적인 액수의 혈세를 교묘하게 나눠주었다. 그 돈은 공공의 자산이었고, 시민들의 미래였다. 그러나 이제, 그들이 벌이는 꼼수는 더 이상 쉽게 감춰질 수 없다. 인공지능과 빅데이터 분석이 그들의 치부를 여과 없이 드러내고 있다. 누가, 언제, 어떻게 돈을 사용했는지, 과거에는 알기 힘들었지만 지금은 아니다. 시대가 변했다.

앞으로의 지도자는 과거의 구태를 버려야만 한다. 단기적인 성과에 집착하는 모습은 이제 더 이상 통하지 않는다. 사람들은 예전처럼 어리석지 않다. 그들은 변화를 원하고, 진정으로 헌신하는 지도자를 찾고 있다. 지도자의 자리는 특권이 아니다. 그것은 봉사와 책임의 자리다. 지도자는 자신의 이익이 아닌, 도시와 시민의 미래를 위해 일해야 한다. 진정한 지도자는 단지 오늘의 성과가 아닌, 내일을 위한 토대를 세우는 사람이다.

우리는 그런 지도자를 기다리고 있다. 세상은 변했고, 이제는 진정한 변화를 원하는 시민들이 그 변화를 이끌어갈 지도자를 선택할 것이다.
