여중군자 장계향의 관점에서 인간과 교육과 실천에 관한 주제로 연구발표회가 열렸다.

잊혀져 가는 옛 선현들의 주옥같은 소중한 말과 행실들을 되새겨 볼 수 있는 훌륭한 자리였다고 생각한다.

 스마트기기와 SNS의 발달로 점차 피폐해져 가는 인간성의 상실과 도덕성의 헤이의 시대에 우리가 반드시 되새겨 봐야 될 것은 인과에 대한 참교육과 실천이다.

인간, 교육, 실천은 교육자들에게 무거운 책임과 높은 사명을 안겨주는 과정이다. 

교육의 첫 번째 단계는 철학과 가치관을 실천하여 학습자들에게 인간다운 가치를 전하는 것으로 여기에는 도덕성과 협동정신, 그리고 존중이 깃들어져 있다.

이론과 실제를 연결하는 데서 출발하여 교육은 학습자들에게 실질적이고 현실적인 경험을 제공한다

기술의 발전이 교육 분야에 적극적으로 도입되면서, 교육자들은 새로운 학습 경험을 설계하고 기술을 통한 혁신을 추구한다.
