Population decline and aging are emerging as serious problems in Korean society. Among them, the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region is particularly noticeable in terms of population extinction.

Looking at the main reasons for the population decline, first, low birth rates are a big issue. The birth rate is falling sharply, and the natural population growth rate is falling sharply.

Due to economic insecurity and demands for improved quality of life, many young couples are delaying childbirth. As a result, the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region is feeling a lot of the absence of the younger generation.

Second, the movement of the youth population is a big problem. Because of economic or educational opportunities, many young people are leaking to large cities.

In the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, the demographic structure is unbalanced due to the outflow of such young talent.

The third is an aging society. The proportion of the elderly population is increasing rapidly, which has a great influence on the population decline of the whole society.

As aging progresses, the burden of social welfare is also increasing.

In terms of economics, the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region needs to change. The decline of traditional industries and the stagnation of the local economy are accelerating the population decline.

As a result, the shortage of jobs for young people is becoming serious.

In Germany, forestry occupies a larger proportion than the automobile industry. As a high value-added industry, forestry can have a positive effect on job creation and revitalization of the local economy.

The Daegu-Gyeongbuk region also has abundant forestry resources, so it will be possible to diversify and revitalize the local economy through forestry.

However, simple activation of forestry alone cannot completely solve the problem of population extinction. Customized policies and systematic regional development strategies are needed.

For example, through technological innovation related to forestry and strengthening education infrastructure, it is possible to create jobs for the younger generation and induce population inflows in the region.

The Daegu-Gyeongbuk region should seek sustainable development measures using natural environments and cultural resources.

It is time for the government and local communities to work together to focus on improving the local economy and demographic structure with a long-term vision.

While exploring new possibilities in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region through forestry, policy support and active participation from local communities are needed.

Through this, the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region must constantly seek a sustainable development path.

한국 사회에서 인구 감소와 고령화가 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그 중 대구경북 지역은 특히 인구 소멸 문제가 두드러진다. 

인구 감소의 주요 이유에 대해 살펴보면 첫째, 저출산이 큰 이슈이다. 출산률이 급격히 낮아져 자연 인구 증가율이 급감하고 있다. 

경제적인 불안과 생활의 질 개선 요구로 인해 많은 젊은 부부들이 출산을 미루고 있다. 이로 인해 대구경북 지역은 젊은 세대의 부재를 많이 느끼고 있다.

둘째, 청년 인구의 이동이 큰 문제이다. 경제적인 기회나 교육 기회 때문에 많은 젊은이들이 대도시로 유출되고 있다. 

대구경북 지역에서는 이러한 젊은 인재의 유출로 인해 인구 구조가 불균형해지고 있다.

세 번째는 고령화 사회이다. 노인 인구의 비율이 빠르게 늘어나고 있어 사회 전체의 인구 감소에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 

고령화가 진행됨에 따라 사회적 복지 부담도 커지고 있다.

경제적인 측면에서도 대구경북 지역은 변화가 필요하다. 전통 산업의 쇠퇴와 지역 경제의 침체가 인구 감소를 가속화시키고 있다. 

이로 인해 청년 일자리 부족 문제가 심각해지고 있다.

독일의 경우 임업이 자동차 산업보다 더 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 임업은 고부가가치 산업으로서 일자리 창출과 지역 경제 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다.

대구경북 지역도 임업 자원이 풍부하여 임업을 통한 지역 경제의 다각화와 활성화가 가능할 것이다.

하지만 단순한 임업의 활성화만으로는 인구 소멸 문제를 완전히 해결하기 어렵다. 맞춤형 정책과 체계적인 지역 발전 전략이 필요하다.

 예를 들어, 임업과 관련된 기술 혁신과 교육 인프라 강화를 통해 젊은 세대의 일자리 창출과 함께 지역 내 인구 유입을 유도할 수 있다.

대구경북 지역은 자연환경과 문화자원을 활용한 지속 가능한 발전 방안을 모색해야 한다. 

정부와 지역 사회가 협력하여 장기적인 비전을 가지고 지역 경제와 인구 구조를 개선하는 데에 주력해야 할 시점이다.

임업을 통한 대구경북 지역의 새로운 가능성을 모색하는 동시에, 정책적 지원과 지역사회의 활발한 참여가 필요하다. 

이를 통해 대구경북 지역이 지속 가능한 발전의 길을 끊임없이 모색해야만 한다.
