The impact of population cliffs and super-aging on the economy and society of Korea cannot be ignored.

Changes in the demographic structure are expected to completely change the labor market and consumption patterns.

Accordingly, the existing industrial structure needs to be changed.

In the labor market, job flexibility and efficiency will be more emphasized.

People should recognize the need for lifelong education and skill upgrades.

In addition, a new approach is needed to actively utilize the experiences and know-how of the elderly.

In an aging society, the value of social solidarity and mutual help becomes more important.

Therefore, the people should actively participate in the efforts for solidarity between neighbors and the development of the community, and new consciousness and values are needed for the society where they live together.

In line with changes in the demographic structure, changes in government and systems, as well as policies and institutions for the future, and improvements in the efficiency of public services, are needed to meet the expectations of the people.

이러한 상황은 국가의 경쟁력을 더욱 중요하게 만들고 있다. 

그럼에도 불구하고, 우리는 대한민국의 국가경쟁력이 약화되고 있다는 신호를 받고 있다.

인구절벽과 초고령화가 대한민국의 경제와 사회에 미치는 영향은 무시할 수 없다. 

인구 구조의 변화는 노동 시장과 소비 패턴을 완전히 바꾸어 놓을 것으로 예상된다.

이에 따라 기존의 산업 구조는 변화해야 할 필요가 있다.

노동 시장에서는 일자리의 유연성과 효율성이 더욱 강조될 것이다. 

국민들은 평생 교육과 스킬 업그레이드에 대한 필요성을 인식해야 한다. 

또한, 노인들의 경험과 노하우를 적극적으로 활용하는 방안에 대한 새로운 접근이 필요하다.

고령화 사회에서는 사회적 연대와 상호 도움의 가치가 더욱 중요해진다. 

따라서 국민들은 이웃간의 연대와 지역사회의 발전을 위한 노력에 적극적으로 참여해야 하며 함께 사는 사회를 위한 새로운 의식과 가치가 필요하다.

인구 구조의 변화에 맞춰 정부와 시스템의 변화와 함께 미래를 대비한 정책과 제도 개선, 공공서비스의 효율성 향상 등 국민들의 기대에 부응하는 변화가 필요하다.
