Writing a book is not just a list of words. It is the work of translating the echo of the soul into letters, and it is the work of unfolding thoughts and emotions deeply located in the heart to the world.

And thoughts alone do not accomplish everything in the world. Only those who put their thoughts into action immediately can feel the result and sense of accomplishment.

Here, I would like to share some wisdom for writing a good book. Tell your story in a concise yet powerful sentence, as Ernest Hemingway did.

First run, a true subject choice.

A good book starts with a true theme. Find a topic that you can devote your passion to.

The subject should be derived from your life and should reflect your experiences and feelings. Allow your passion to pass on to the reader as well.

Second run, clear reader target.

For whom do you write? Make your readers clear. Understand who they are and what they want.

Talk in their language to capture the reader's heart. It is only when your writing touches the reader's heart that your story is alive and breathing.

It is the third implementation, planning and structuring.

Hemingway chose each sentence carefully. Plan the whole structure of the book as well. Write an outline and organize the main points of each chapter.

Clarify the plot if it's fiction and the logical flow if it's nonfiction. Careful that the flow of the story continues naturally and smoothly.

Fourth run, regular writing.

Write at the same time every day. Hemingway woke up at dawn to write. Starting the day with writing boosts concentration and inspires creativity.

If you write while maintaining a certain rhythm, writing becomes a habit, and that habit makes your writing more solid.

It's a close run, drafting and feedback.

The first draft doesn't have to be perfect. The important thing is to write. Pour out all your ideas. Then get feedback from people around you.

Hemingway presented his writing to his fellow writers for comment. The gaze of others will make your writing more complete.

It's the sixth run, correction and editing.

After drafting it, step away from the writing for a while. Then read it again and correct it. Self-correction is the process of refining a writing more clearly.

Get help from a professional editor, if possible. Editing is the final step in improving a piece's completeness.

Seventh run, publishing and marketing.

Now it's time to release a book to the world. Consider a number of publishing methods, including traditional publishing, self-published, and e-books.

After publishing, make a marketing plan to let readers know about the book. So that your story can reach more people.

A good book is not completed overnight. It is the product of constant passion and hard work. Find your own voice and style, and put a true story in it.

Then your book will be deeply embedded in your readers' minds.

여기, 좋은 책을 쓰기 위한 몇 가지 지혜를 나누고자 한다. 어니스트 헤밍웨이가 그랬듯, 간결하면서도 힘 있는 문장으로 당신의 이야기를 전해보라.

첫번째 실행, 진실된 주제 선택이다.

좋은 책은 진실된 주제에서 시작된다. 당신이 열정을 쏟을 수 있는 주제를 찾아라. 

그 주제는 당신의 삶에서 비롯된 것이어야 하며, 당신의 경험과 감정이 묻어나는 것이어야 한다. 당신의 열정이 독자에게도 전해질 수 있도록 하라.

두번째 실행, 명확한 독자 타겟이다.

누구를 위해 글을 쓰는가? 독자를 명확히 설정하라. 그들이 누구인지, 무엇을 원하는지 이해하라. 

독자의 마음을 사로잡기 위해 그들의 언어로 이야기하라. 당신의 글이 독자의 심장에 닿을 때, 비로소 당신의 이야기는 살아 숨쉬게 된다.

세번째 실행, 기획과 구조화이다.

헤밍웨이는 한 문장, 한 문장을 신중히 선택했다. 당신도 마찬가지로 책의 전체 구조를 신중히 계획하라. 개요를 작성하고 각 장의 주요 내용을 정리하라. 

소설이라면 플롯을, 논픽션이라면 논리적 흐름을 명확히 하라. 이야기의 흐름이 자연스럽고 매끄럽게 이어지도록 신경 써라.

네번째 실행, 규칙적인 글쓰기이다.

매일 같은 시간에 글을 써라. 헤밍웨이는 새벽에 일어나 글을 썼다. 하루의 시작을 글쓰기로 시작하는 것은 집중력을 높이고 창의력을 자극한다. 

일정한 리듬을 유지하며 글을 쓰면 글쓰기가 습관이 되고, 그 습관이 당신의 글을 더욱 탄탄하게 만든다.

다벗번째 실행, 초안 작성과 피드백이다.

첫 번째 초안은 완벽할 필요가 없다. 중요한 것은 쓰는 것이다. 모든 생각을 쏟아내라. 그리고 나서 주변 사람들에게 피드백을 받아라. 

헤밍웨이는 그의 동료 작가들에게 자신의 글을 보여주며 의견을 구했다. 타인의 시선은 당신의 글을 한층 더 완벽하게 만들어 줄 것이다.

여섯번째 실행, 수정과 편집이다.

초안을 작성한 후, 잠시 글에서 벗어나라. 그런 다음 다시 읽어보며 수정하라. 자기 수정은 글을 더욱 명확하게 다듬는 과정이다. 

가능하다면 전문 편집자의 도움을 받아라. 편집은 글의 완성도를 높이는 마지막 단계다.

일곱번째 실행, 출판과 마케팅이다.

이제 책을 세상에 내놓을 차례다. 전통적인 출판, 자비 출판, 전자책 등 여러 출판 방법을 고려하라. 

출판 후에는 독자들에게 책을 알릴 마케팅 계획을 세워라. 당신의 이야기가 더 많은 사람들에게 닿을 수 있도록.

좋은 책은 하루아침에 완성되지 않는다. 그것은 끊임없는 열정과 노력의 산물이다. 당신만의 목소리와 스타일을 찾고, 그 속에 진실된 이야기를 담아라. 

그러면 당신의 책은 독자들의 마음 속 깊이 자리 잡을 것이다.
