Choi In-hye, director of the Korea Institute for Local Autonomy, is a local autonomy reformer and civic activist.

최인혜 소장은 틈새를 뚫고 나오는 잡초들보면 아무리 어려울지라도 우리 인생에도 틈새가 있어 햇빛이 들 날 있다는 생각이 든다라고 했다.
