Reporters should continue to adapt to evolving media environments throughout their lives, engage in new technologies, and be held accountable for the challenges of ethical reporting and the social repercussions of reporting articles.

A good writer is not a good reporter.

Journalists must resist the temptation to distort or manipulate information for personal gain or sensationalism.

Strong curiosity and persistence are essential for journalists and must have a real desire to learn, explore, and uncover the truth.

Through curiosity, journalists can ask exploratory questions, dig deeper into problems, and present comprehensive and insightful stories.

Journalists often face challenging and dangerous situations while pursuing the truth. Journalists should show courage by finding and reporting public interest stories despite adversity or potential backlash.

In addition, journalists with empathy draw public trust.

Recently, older reporters who are hurt by young reporters (?)'s primary criticism of older reporters on social media seem to be taking action.

Older reporters are as experienced as they have been. They may have experienced a world that young journalists do not know, and have lived as journalists in the community, whether in bad or good reputation.

Therefore, young reporters can reduce trial and error by looking at what older reporters have been through, so older reporters become mentors.

If you have any respect for the lives of older reporters, you can politely ask them to set an example for junior reporters with indirect words rather than direct criticism.

신이 완벽한 존재라면 신의 모상에 불과한 인간은 아무리 뛰어나더라도 결코 완전할 수는 없는 존재다.

완전할 수 없기에 누구나 저마다 어리석음을 가지고 있다고 볼 수 있다.

양날의 칼과 같이 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 면을 동시에 갖고 있는 것이 언론이다. 따라서 언론계에 종사하는 기자는 기본적으로 정의로워야 하며 국민들의 비판을 겸허히 수용할 수 있는 자질을 갖춰야 한다.

기자들은 일생 동안 진화하는 미디어 환경에 계속 적응하고 새로운 기술에 참여하며 윤리적 보도의 도전과 기사 보도에 따른 사회적 파장에 대해 책임을 져야 한다.

글을 잘 쓴다하여 좋은 기자가 아니다.

기자들은 개인적인 이익이나 선정성을 위해 정보를 왜곡하거나 조작하려는 유혹에 저항해야 한다.

강한 호기심과 끈기는 기자들에게 필수적이며 진실을 배우고 탐구하고 밝혀내고자 하는 진정한 열망을 가져야 한다.

호기심을 통해 기자들은 탐색적인 질문을 하고 문제를 더 깊이 파고들며 포괄적이고 통찰력 있는 이야기를 제시할 수 있게 해준다.

기자들은 종종 진실을 추구하는 동안 도전적이고 위험한 상황에 직면하기도 한다. 기자들은 역경이나 잠재적인 반발에도 불구하고 공익적인 이야기를 찾아내고 보도함으로써 용기를 보여주어야 한다.

더불어 공감능력을 갖춘 기자는 대중의 신뢰를 이끌어 낸다.

최근 젊은 기자(?)가 SNS상에서 나이든 기자들을 겨냥해 원색적으로 비난하는 말로 인해, 마음에 상처를 입은 나이든 기자들이 행동에 나설 모양새댜.

나이든 기자들은 살아온 세월 만큼 경험이 풍부하다. 이들은 젊은 기자들이 알지 못하는 세계를 경험했을 수도 있고, 나쁜 평판이든 좋은 평판이든 지역사회에서 언론인으로 살아왔다.

따라서 젊은 기자들은 나이든 기자들이 겪어 왔던 일들을 보며 시행착오를 줄일 수 있어, 나이든 기자들은 멘토와 같은 존재가 된다.

나이든 기자들의 살아온 생애를 존중한다는 마음이 조금이라도 있다면, 직설적인 비난보다는 우회적인 말로 후배 기자들에게 모범이 되는 모습을 보여달라고 정중히 강하게 당부하면 될 일이다.
