사진 설명: 10년 전 람보기사식당에서 입양된 당시의 진도개 유통순, 건강하게 10년을 잘 살아왔다.

진도개는 평균수명은 약 12년에서  15년이라고 한다.

개 또한 오랫동안 키우면 가족과 다름없다.

오랫동안 함께 하면 개에게도 감정이 있고 생각이 있다고 믿게된다. 

어릴적엔 물가에 내놓은 애처럼 걱정되기도 할 때도 있었지만 이젠 함께 사는 삶에 적응되어 늘 든든한 반려견으로 생각든다.

건강하게 잘 키우기 위한 방법은 다른 것은 없다 단순하지만 개가 받는 스트레스를 늘 없애주는 것이었다.

배안고프게 제때 밥주고, 이따금 산책도 시켜주고, 자유분방하게 키운 것이다.

어찌보면 인생도 개의 삶이랑 다름이 없다.

인생을 잘 사는 검증된 현명한 방법은 여러분의 가치관에 맞춰 의식적인 선택을 하는 것이다.

그 일환으로 평생 학습을 수용하고, 의미 있는 관계를 배양하는 일이다.

그리고 웰빙을 우선시하고, 늘 감사의 마음을 갖고 실천한다.
