꾸준함이야말로 작가에게 가장 중요한 자질이다. 이는 세월의 흐름 속에서도 녹슬지 않는 날카로운 칼날과 같다. 매일같이 글을 쓰고, 문장을 다듬는 과정은 작가의 손끝에 남는 고독한 흔적이자, 작가로서의 미래를 열어가는 열쇠다. 한 편의 글이 세상에 나오기까지, 그 과정에는 셀 수 없는 좌절과 번민, 그리고 반복이 숨어 있다. 그러나 그 반복 속에 진정한 문학의 힘이 깃들어 있다.
