This is because redesign in the future can prevent financial waste in advance.

Therefore, it is necessary to know the items to which the Haesup standard is mandatory to prevent failure in future businesses, and if you want to manufacture and process Haesup's non-item food, you must design it according to the Haesup certification standard. As a mandatory item for haesup, it is specified in Article 62 of the Enforcement Rule of the Food Sanitation Act.

Haesup's radish food is as follows.

1)Fish cake and fish sausage among fish processed foods

2)Frozen fish, mollusks, and seasoned products among other processed marine products

3)Pizza, razor, noodles among frozen foods

4)Snacks, candies, breads, or rice cakes

5)Ice fruits among ice fruits

6)Beverages (excluding varieties and coffee)

7)retort food

8)Kimchi (main ingredient cabbage) among pickles or stewed kimchi

9)Chocolate among cocoa products or chocolates

10) Special Purpose Food

11)Yutangmyeon, raw noodles, dry noodles, and deep noodles among noodles

12) Sundae among ready-to-eat cooked foods

13) Instant food among convenient foods

14) Food that is manufactured and processed by a business office with total sales of 10 billion won or more in the previous year among the business offices of the food manufacturing industry

In the case of instant sales manufacturing industry, which is not a food manufacturing industry, it is also possible to obtain a certificate of use by autonomously establishing haesup standards for delivery to schools and other places.

식품제조가공업의 사업을 하고자 할 경우 제조가공하고자 하는 식품이 해썹의무품목에 해당하는 경우 해썹인증 기준에 맞춰 영업장을 설계하여야한다. 이는 추후 재설계로 재정낭비가 되는 것을 사전에 방지 할 수 있기 때문이다.

때문에 해썹기준이 의무적으로 적용되는 품목을 반드시 알아야만 향후 사업에 있어서 낭패를 막을 수 있으며 해썹의무품목 식품을 제조가공하고자 한다면 반드시 해썹인증기준에 맞춰 내부설계를 해야만 한다. 해썹 의무품목으로는 식품위생법 시행규칙 제62조에 명시되어 있다.

해썹의무식품은 다음과 같다.

1)수산가공식품류의 어육가공품류 중 어묵, 어육소시지

2)기타수산물가공품 중 냉동어류, 연체류, 조미가공품

3)냉동식품 중 피자류, 면도류, 면류

4)과자류, 빵류 또는 떡류 중 과자, 캔디류, 빵류, 떡류

5)빙과류 중 빙과

6)음료류(다류 및 커피류 제외)

7)레토르트 식품

8)절임류 또는 조림류의 김치류 중 김치(주원료 배추)

9)코코아가공품 또는 초콜릿류 중 초콜릿류

10)특수용도식품

11)면류 중 유탕면, 생면, 건면, 숙면

12)즉석섭취편의식품류의 즉석조리식품 중 순대

13)즉석섭취편의식품류 중 즉석섭취식품

14)식품제조가공업의 영업소 중 전년도 총 매출액이 100억원 이상인 영업소에서 제조가공하는 식품

식품제조가공업이 아닌 즉석판매제조가공업의 경우도 학교 등지에 납품하기 위해 해썹기준을 자율적으로 갖춰 해썹인증을 받을 수 있다.
