Art is a combination of art and science, and human activities to express the beauty that is appreciated by special materials, techniques, and styles, and their works. It can be divided into spatial art, time art, and comprehensive art. It also figuratively refers to a beautiful and highly skilled skill.

Culture and art are complex words that combine culture and art, and the scope is too wide to be called culture, and the scope is too narrow to be called art, so culture and art are fused to represent a culture with art activities. Culture and arts refer to art and cultural activities such as literary arts, video arts, performing arts, traditional arts, and music arts, including all.

The 21st century, represented by the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is an era of high-tech art.

문화는 일반적으로 한 사회의 주요한 행동 양식이나 상징 체계를 말하며 세계관, 사회사상, 가치관, 행동양식 등의 차이에 따른 다양한 관점의 이론적 기반에 근거하여 여러 가지 정의가 존재한다.

하지만 문화의 정의에 대해 아직까지 어떤 문화학자도 만족할 만한 충분한 정의를 서술하지 못했다.

예술은 기예와 학술을 아울러 이르는 말로 특별한 재료, 기교, 양식 따위로 감상의 대상이 되는 아름다움을 표현하려는 인간의 활동 및 그 작품. 공간 예술, 시간 예술, 종합 예술 따위로 나눌 수 있다. 또한 아름답고 높은 경지에 이른 숙련된 기술을 비유적으로 이르는 말이다.

문화예술은 문화와 예술을 융합한 복합어로서, 문화라고만 하기에는 범위가 너무 넓고, 예술이라고 하기에는 범위가 너무 좁기 때문에 문화와 예술을 융합하여 예술 활동이 있는 문화를 나타내는 것이다. 문화예술은 문학예술, 영상예술, 공연예술, 전통예술, 음악예술 등 예술 및 문화 활동, 모두를 포함하는 것을 말한다.

4차산업혁명시대로 대변되는 21세기는 첨단예술의 시대다.

첨단예술은 첨단과학기술에 예술을 가미하여 인간 눈의 착시효과를 일으킴으로서 환상과 감동을 불러일으킨다.

유명 화가의 캔바스에 그려진 미술작품처럼 구시대의 유물에 대한 가치는 인간의 허영심과 지적욕망이 빚어낸 것이라고 한 예술가는 말한다.

21세기에 들어서 일부 유명화가들을 제외한 화가들은 생존의 귀로에 서있는 현실이다.

디지털 시대에는 전기와 빛을 이용해 세상의 모든 사물을 생생하게 보여줄 수 있으며 전혀 새로운 창조물도 디지털 기술에 의해 탄생된다.

인간이 상상한 이상의 것을 창조할 수 있는 인공지능과 빅데이터의 조합으로 인해 앞으로 예술이란 부족한 인간의 감각으로 빚어낸 행위가 아닌 완벽하게 프로그램화 된 첨단감성기술의 결정체로서 인식 되는 시대이다.

하지만 첨단예술의 가치는 인간이 평할 수 없는 능력 밖의 일일 수 있어 마치 가상화폐와도 같이 무한히 성장할 것 같다가도 어느 순간 신기루처럼 사라질 수 있다는 것이 불완전한 인간으로서 사고의 한계이다.
