In 2021, Microsoft (MS) President Smith expressed concerns about high technology for 30 minutes over "how and why humans should control high technology" instead of introducing new products, contrary to expectations.

Currently, high-tech is only busy with development without a reference point to control it, and AI-based face recognition or voice recognition can prevent crimes, while raising awareness about the risk of personal information leakage.

Emphasizing corporate beliefs, Smith stressed the need for a new benchmark for new technologies, arguing that global IT companies should consider how to use technologies for "safety" and "protection" rather than human convenience.

Humans have already fully adapted to high-tech technologies triggered by the 4th industrial revolution such as smartphones over the past 10 years and are living in an era of an entirely new paradigm called the SNS revolution.

Every move of mankind is being managed, monitored, and controlled, but the awareness of the fact that it is becoming a slave of high technology has reached a point where it cannot keep up with the pace of technology development.

Therefore, it is an era in which it is necessary to upgrade human mental capabilities to overcome high-tech technologies.
