One summer morning, the factory came back to life. After a long battle of 10 years, the temporary workers at Asahi Glass were finally back where they had to leave.

The Supreme Court admitted the mistakes of illegal dispatch and unfair dismissal and ordered the employment of the laid-off workers. This was not just a judgment, but a valuable fruit produced by the decade-long struggle of workers.

The workers fought for their rights. In 2015, they formed a union. They dreamed of a better tomorrow, a better working environment. But the reality was harsh.

A mass dismissal hit them, and their dreams were shattered. But they didn't give up. On the streets, in front of factories, they continued the fight, fasting and sit-in.

They were taken away and suffered many hardships. But their will was strong. Like a lighthouse standing upright in the face of strong waves.

They weren't just fighting for themselves. They fought for 10 million temporary workers to protect their rights.

Their struggle was an important fight for the abolition of illegal dispatch and the protection of workers' rights. Their courage and determination eventually led to victory.

The progressive North Gyeongsang Provincial Party said it will do its best to thoroughly eradicate illegal dispatch of all sites and further strengthen workers' rights in the wake of the ruling.

In a statement, the Gyeongbuk Provincial Party expressed deep respect for the laid-off Asahi Glass workers, saying that it was the result of workers' unity and struggle that they were able to return to the factory and continue their democratic union activities.

Now, they're back. After 10 long years of fighting, they start working at the factory again.

Their faces were fatigued, but their eyes were shining.

They are able to dream again. And their story is not the end, but a new beginning.

Now, we must remember their stories. What a decade of struggle has taught us is that there is nothing we cannot achieve with hard work.

Their story gives us all hope. If you fight to the end without giving up no matter what difficulties arise, you will win in the end.

As if a ship sailing through rough seas eventually arrives at a safe harbor.

Their struggle is not the end, but the beginning. We must continue to fight so that many workers will not be treated illegally and unfairly in the future.

For a world where all workers can work equally without discrimination, we must move forward together. This road will be tough and arduous, but in the end we will win. Just as they did.

어느 여름날의 아침, 공장은 다시 살아났다. 10년 동안의 긴 싸움 끝에, 아사히글라스의 비정규직 노동자들은 마침내 그들이 떠나야 했던 자리로 돌아왔다. 

대법원은 불법파견과 부당해고의 잘못을 인정하며 해고자들의 고용을 명령했다. 이는 단순한 판결이 아니라, 10년간 이어진 노동자들의 투쟁이 만들어낸 값진 결실이었다.

노동자들은 자신들의 권리를 위해 싸웠다. 2015년, 그들은 노조를 결성했다. 그들은 꿈을 꾸었다. 더 나은 내일을, 더 나은 노동 환경을. 하지만 현실은 냉혹했다. 

집단 해고가 그들을 덮쳤고, 그들의 꿈은 산산이 부서졌다. 그러나 그들은 포기하지 않았다. 거리에서, 공장 앞에서, 단식하고 농성하며, 그들은 싸움을 이어갔다. 

그들은 연행되었고, 많은 고난을 겪었다. 그러나 그들의 의지는 굳건했다. 마치 거센 파도 앞에서도 꿋꿋이 서 있는 등대처럼.

이들은 단지 자신들만을 위해 싸운 것이 아니었다. 1천만 비정규직 노동자들을 위해, 그들의 권리를 지키기 위해 싸웠다. 

그들의 투쟁은 불법파견 철폐와 노동자의 권리를 지키기 위한 중요한 싸움이었다. 그들의 용기와 결단력은 결국 승리로 이어졌다.

진보당 경북도당은 이번 판결을 계기로 모든 현장의 불법파견을 철저히 근절하고, 노동자의 권리를 더욱 강화하기 위해 최선을 다할 것이라고 밝혔다. 

경북도당은 성명서를 통해 아사히글라스 해고자들이 공장으로 돌아가 민주노조 활동을 이어갈 수 있게 된 것은 노동자들의 단결과 투쟁의 결과라며, 이들에게 깊은 경의를 표했다.

이제, 그들은 돌아왔다. 10년간의 긴 싸움 끝에, 그들은 다시 공장에서 일을 시작한다. 

그들의 얼굴에는 피로가 묻어 있지만, 그 눈빛은 빛나고 있다. 

그들은 다시 꿈을 꿀 수 있게 되었다. 그리고 그들의 이야기는 끝이 아니라 새로운 시작이다.

이제, 우리는 이들의 이야기를 기억해야 한다. 10년 동안의 투쟁이 우리에게 가르쳐준 것은, 노력하면 못 이룰 것이 없다는 것이다. 

그들의 이야기는 우리 모두에게 희망을 준다. 어떤 어려움이 닥쳐도 포기하지 않고 끝까지 싸우면, 결국 승리는 우리 편이라는 것을. 

마치 험난한 바다를 항해하던 배가 결국 안전한 항구에 도착하듯이.

그들의 투쟁은 끝이 아니라 시작이다. 앞으로도 많은 노동자들이 불법적인 처우와 부당한 대우를 받지 않도록, 우리는 계속해서 싸워야 한다. 

모든 노동자들이 차별 없이 평등하게 일할 수 있는 세상을 위해, 우리는 함께 나아가야 한다. 이 길은 험난하고 고되겠지만, 결국 우리는 이길 것이다. 마치 이들이 그랬던 것처럼.
