This is because they need to improve the lives of citizens and lead the development of communities. This path cannot be walked alone. Leaders should constantly communicate with citizens, hear their voices, and move forward with them. However, a leader never hesitates. You should take responsibility for the decisions you make and always make decisions.

The head of a local government is a position that serves citizens. Those who come to this position must understand the situation of the local community with a cool head and implement policies accordingly. The important thing is to know what citizens want. It is the leader's task to listen to their voices and solve their problems. Community change does not consist solely of words. In fact, efforts are needed to enter the lives of citizens and solve their problems. This position is by no means for the benefit of individuals, and only an attitude of service is required to improve the lives of citizens.

The most important thing for leaders to do is to be swayed by extreme arguments. Some people use extreme views based on their political orientation or ideology. However, leaders should not be swayed by the constraints of any ideology. Leaders must make decisions for all citizens, and when they step up to the interests of certain groups, they end up betraying the interests of others. Far-right tendencies or extreme arguments may briefly attract people's attention, but their harm to peace and harmony in the community is significant. Leaders should always take a broader view, respect citizens' equality and freedom, and make balanced judgments.

To avoid being swayed by extreme arguments, leaders need to establish their own centers and know how to truly benefit their citizens. Making balanced decisions while respecting different opinions is the most important role of a leader.
