Marshall B. Rosenberg's Nonviolent Dialogue talks about how to resolve conflicts as follows.

The core of conflict is not mutual attitudes.

The desire to be respected and the desire to be trusted must be satisfied.

The beginning of resolving all conflicts is to confirm each other's exact needs.

Talking based on needs can lead to conclusions that strengthen each other's needs.

If you understand yourself, understand others, and know the resources we have,

It is not so difficult to reach an agreement with each other.

The Republic of Korea is a conflict republic.

Currently, it is scattered like conflicts between the Minister of Justice and the Prosecutor's Office, promoting political conflicts for the next election, conflicts that despise each other by exploiting ideology, and conflicts between citizens and local governments.

We should look back on whether we are constantly looking for a solution to solve this wisely, and we should not give up with conflict resolution ahead.

Looking back on the past, the leadership of conflict between the two Koreas came first and were stingy in efforts to resolve it.

I hope that there will be no spark of conflict again with unification just around the corner.
