I think of myself in the forgotten past and stay at that time and carefully reflect on what happened at that time.

There must have been a lot of sad things and fun memories, and I feel sorry for the irreversible time.

And I realize that words and actions in the past made me exist in the present.

Also, I feel confident that my thoughts and wills in the present will make the future.

잊혀졌던 과거의 나를 떠올리며 그 시간에 머물며 찬찬히 그 때의 일들을 되새겨 본다.

안타까운 일도 있었고 즐거웠던 기억도 많았을 것이며 되돌릴 수 없는 시간에 아쉬움을 느끼게 된다.

그리고 과거의 말과 행동이 현재의 나를 존재하게 만들었다는 사실을 깨닫게 된다.

또한 현재의 내가 갖고 있는 생각과 의지가 미래를 만들어 간다는 확신이 들게 된다.

명상의 힘은 강하다.

새롭게 시작하는 마음을 갖게 하고 주어진 시간을 보다 효율적으로 사용하게 만든다.
