Humans have different personalities and various genetic substrates.

Humans living in relationships with numerous people sometimes fall into conflict and worry because they do not understand the character of others.

However, if you know the personality of the person you are involved with, you can communicate and listen accordingly, and even differences of opinion can produce good results through dialogue and compromise.

Human personality is shaped by various and complex factors, and various personality theories have been proposed.

The following is a representative theory explaining various personality types.

The well-known MBTI is one of the most widely used personality type tests as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

The 16 personality types are divided, and each type is determined by four dimensions. These four dimensions are: extroversion vs. introduction, sensing vs. intuition, Thinking, Feeling, and Judging vs. Perceiving.

Big Five Personality Traits, a five-factor personality theory, consists of five basic personality traits: openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, affinity, and emotional stability. This model is widely recognized, and each trait is expressed in a continuous spectrum.

Social-Emotional Intelligence Theory, a theory of social-emotional intelligence, divides human personality into intelligence and social-emotional intelligence. Social-emotional intelligence includes self-awareness, self-management, interpersonal management, and coping ability.

Enneagram is a personality theory divided into nine types, each of which has a specific tendency and behavior pattern.

Enneagram describes each type with an emphasis on individual motivation and fear.

Each of these theories has its own strengths and weaknesses and is used in various contexts.

However, no theory explains all aspects completely, and an individual's personality can change depending on context, environment, experience, etc.

인간은 저마다 다른 성격과 다양한 유전적 기질을 가지고 있다.

수많은 사람들과 관계를 맺고 살아가는 인간은 타인의 성격을 이해하지 못해 갈등과 고민에 빠지기도 한다.

하지만 관계하는 인간의 성격을 안다면 그에 맞게 대화하고 경청할 수 있고, 의견 차이도 대화와 타협으로 좋은 결과를 만들어 낼 수가 있다.

인간의 성격은 다양하고 복잡한 요소들에 의해 형성되며, 다양한 성격 이론들이 제안되어 왔다.

다음은 여러 가지 성격 유형을 설명하는 대표적인 이론이다.

많이 알려진 MBTI는 Myers-Briggs Type Indicator로 가장 널리 사용되는 성격 유형 검사 중 하나이다.

16가지의 성격 유형을 나누고, 각 유형은 네 가지 차원에 따라 결정된다. 이 네 가지 차원은 외향(Extroversion) vs. 내향(Introversion), 감각(Sensing) vs. 직관(Intuition), 사고(Thinking) vs. 감정(Feeling), 판단(Judging) vs. 인식(Perceiving)이다.

다섯 요인 성격이론인 Big Five Personality Traits은 열린성(Openness), 성실성(Conscientiousness), 외향성(Extraversion), 친화성(Agreeableness), 감정안정성(Emotional Stability) 다섯 가지의 기본 성격 특성으로 구성된다. 이 모델은 널리 인정되어 있으며, 각 특성은 연속적인 스펙트럼으로 표현된다.

사회적-감정적 지능 이론인 Social-Emotional Intelligence 이론은 인간의 성격을 지적능력(Intellectual Intelligence)과 사회적-감정적 능력(Social-Emotional Intelligence)으로 나눈다. 사회적-감정적 지능은 자기인식, 자기관리, 대인관계 관리, 대처능력 등을 포함한다.

에니어그램(Enneagram)은 9가지 유형으로 나누어진 성격 이론으로, 각 유형은 특정한 성향과 행동 패턴을 가지고 있다. 

에니어그램은 개인의 동기와 두려움에 중점을 두고 각 유형을 설명한다.

이러한 이론들은 각각의 장단점이 있고, 다양한 맥락에서 사용된다. 

하지만 어떤 이론도 완전하게 모든 측면을 설명하지 못하며, 개인의 성격은 맥락, 환경, 경험 등에 따라 변할 수 있다.
