Real leadership comes when you abandon authority.

The vision presented by the leader shows the direction in which we should go. The goals and plans set to achieve that vision guide our actions and empower us to take on challenges.

Communication with leaders and members is an essential tool on the path together. This is because clearly communicating, listening to, and understanding team members is key to maximizing the power of the team.

True leaders are experts in team building and motivating. We have to create a culture of respecting and helping each other, and diversity and difference can be made into our strengths.

Challenges and changes are the way we grow and develop, and the attitude of confidently challenging even in uncertain environments and accepting new possibilities makes us move forward.

Above all, leaders should always act with self-control and morality.

In addition, we must walk the path of continuous learning and development, accept new ideas, work together, grow together, and constantly develop ourselves.

리더와 구성원들과의 소통은 함께 나아가는 길에 필수적인 도구이다. 명확하게 의사를 전달하고, 팀원들을 듣고 이해하는 것은 팀의 힘을 극대화하는데 있어 핵심적이기 때문이다.

진정한 리더는 팀 빌딩과 동기 부여의 전문가이다. 우리는 서로를 존중하고 돕는 문화를 만들어야 하며, 다양성과 차이는 우리의 강점으로 만들어질 수 있다.

도전과 변화는 우리가 성장하고 발전하는 길이며 불확실한 환경에서도 당당히 도전하며, 새로운 가능성을 수용하는 자세가 우리를 앞으로 나아가게 만든다.

무엇보다도 리더는 항상 자기 통제와 도덕성을 가지고 행동해야 한다.

더불어 지속적인 학습과 발전의 길을 걸어가야 하며 새로운 아이디어를 받아들이고, 함께 노력하고 함께 성장하고 스스로를 끊임없이 발전시켜 나가야만 한다.
